A Life Cycle Project
     
  Client: A captive BPO, supporting transaction processing and voice, in the Insurance domain.

The Assignment: assignment has in fact been a series of projects that have built on each other. The journey traversed over 3.5 years has been as follows:

Year 1 Designed a competency framework for the organization to create a commonly understood and applicable set of key competencies across the organization Integrated the framework with the Performance Management System (also designed by CoCoon)
Year 2 Designed a Competency based Selection Process to enable hiring driven by this common framework for TL and above positions Designed and rolled out Leadership training to help Leaders imbibe and practice these competencies
Year 3 Designed and co-facilitated over 50 Assessment Centers for Internal Promotions from Senior Associate to PL and PL to TL levels around the Competency framework
Year 4 Designed and trained internal HR to rollout a mini-assessment center, built around the competency framework, to assess external and internal candidates for the Operations Manager position
