Snigdha is a Clinical Psychologist with over 16 years of clinical and corporate experience including five years with CoCoon. In addition to working with CoCoon, Snigdha also runs a successful private practice as a Psychotherapist/Counsellor.
As a clinical psychologist she is uniquely positioned to bring in a combination of experience in her core area of competence with a strong understanding of organization behavior and business. This in turn allows for her significant contribution to our Capability Building solutions.
As a part of our Leadership Development solutions she spear heads Coaching in both design and as well as facilitation. She has been instrumental in designing our product LiA and works closely with leadership teams as well as individuals going through the Program. In this regard she has also facilitated several Management Team Effectiveness workshops to help leadership teams through change and role transition.
Snigdha has contributed to designing IMPRINT and facilitates its roll out among senior leadership. She has worked with the leadership teams of clients, both in India and abroad, to facilitate such feedback and individual development action planning. In some assignments, she has engaged with clients through IMPRINT and followed through with LiA, as their Executive Coach, supporting them through this phase of their development journey.
Snigdha has facilitated development centres at the senior leadership level, across organizations and industries and has provided strategic inputs for talent assessment assignments at various levels.
As a part of our Program Design solutions, she has developed Mentoring capability building programs and facilitated orientation of Mentors to the role and the processes involved.
At CoCoon, Snigdha has worked with clients in IT, ITES, Telecom, BFSI and FMCG in India and abroad.
Prior to CoCoon, she worked in a clinical set-up before moving to handling assignments in the development sector covering areas of capacity development and community based interventions. She was the Project Head for a mental health intervention project commissioned by the Government of Gujarat with the Royal Netherlands Embassy and Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad for community based organizations. She was responsible for developing and implementing training modules for capacity building for identifying common mental disorders and counseling.
She has a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from NIMHANS, Bangalore

Shilpa Diwakar

As Senior Manager (Organizational Solutions), Shilpa plays an important role in expanding business across geographies. She also manages projects and client relationships with our long standing and new clients. Shilpa is involved in a range of the solutions we offer, having worked extensively on both our Organizational Effectiveness and Capability Building Solutions.
Her work in Organizational Effectiveness Solutions include assignments where she has helped design key HR processes such as performance management, organization structure design and the design of leadership and management competency frameworks. In other assignments providing definition and alignment, she has worked with senior leadership to craft their vision and values, while providing valuable insights into the cascade process and way forward.
As a part of the Capability Building solutions, she has been involved in the design and facilitation of assessment and development centers for first-time managers to senior leaders. She has also been involved in rolling out IMPRINT for mid and senior leadership. She has been part of several capability building solutions involving top talent identification and development, content creation and the design of career frameworks. She has worked on several program design assignments that include capability building interventions for individual and organizational effectiveness.
At CoCoon, she has worked with companies in Manufacturing, IT, ITES, Telecom, BFSI, Retail and the Development Sector both in India and abroad.
Shilpa has started working with an operational and training role with e-Serve (a Citigroup company) in 1996 and has been with CoCoon since 2001.
Shilpa has a Masters in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Symbiosis Institute of Management, Pune.

Deepshikha Mahajan

As a Senior Consultant with CoCoon, Deepshikha is involved in core-program design, research and pilot roll-out implementation for a variety of solutions across both our practices - Organizational Effectiveness and Leadership Capability Building.
She has been part of teams that have designed and delivered solutions supporting various organization development initiatives and has also worked on specialized assignments involving Diversity-Inclusion and Employee Value Proposition, besides others.
As a part of the Leadership Development solutions she has been involved in designing development centers and certification processes for leaders across levels and sectors. She is a qualified assessor for mid and senior Manager Development Centers.
In the social-enterprise sector, she has designed solutions that impact the end customer. She has worked closely with clients to create innovative solutions that will create high impact with the end customer. She has also been involved in equipping key internal leaders within the Social Enterprises with the required skills to deliver these end-customer solutions with maximum effectiveness.
In CoCoon, she has worked with companies across sectors such as - IT/ITES, BFSI, Automobiles, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Consumer Durable and Social Enterprise.
She has been working as a management professional since the year 2000.
Earlier in her career, she worked with Britannia Industries and Bharat Shell-India handling various talent management and OD-focus roles. She has also been an entrepreneur for some time, before joining CoCoon in May, 2010.
Deepshikha is a post-graduate in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from SIBM, Pune.

Jayati Talapatra

Jayati is involved in solutions spanning both Organizational Effectiveness and Capability Building, with a strong inclination towards program design and work with organizations in the social sector.
Her work in Organisation Effectiveness includes business diagnostics on the health of HR systems, processes, organization design and structure. She has been instrumental in providing guidelines and support to various clients in their effort to restructure their systems and processes. In this regard she has also facilitated management team effectiveness forums that were a part of assignments in this space.
She has also been extensively involved in the design of integrated learning programs using relevant and impactful learning tools and further has facilitated their transition into being internally led programs. Other design assignments that she has been a part of include, designing and evaluating the outcomes of a long term leadership program, which was then institutionalized by the client. Jayati has also contributed significantly to the concept and development of one of CoCoons product offerings the HR School.
At CoCoon, she has worked with companies in FMCG, BFSI, IT, ITES and the Development Sector. She is presently focussed on delivering organisation effectiveness solutions for the Microfinance Industry.
She has been working as an HR Professional since 1999 and with CoCoon since 2005.Prior to CoCoon; she has worked with Maruti Udyog Ltd, Hughes Software Systems, Accenture and Novell. Her experience in these organizations spans across roles in Organization Development, Recruitment & Performance Management.

Aashiana Hussainy

Aashiana is involved in solutions spanning both Organizational Effectiveness as well as Capability Building at CoCoon.
Her work in Organizational Effectiveness includes setting up systems and processes for a large Indian company in the agriculture research and products industry, with a growing international market; institutionalizing a performance management system for an Indian MNC in the manufacturing and projects industry; building cultural alignment in a marketing services organisation which has merged with an international field services pioneer.
In the area of Capability Building, she has been involved in design and implementation of several leadership development initiatives across the automobile, IT and FMCG industries.
Aashiana has been working as a management professional since the year 1999 and has been with CoCoon since 2009.
Aashiana has a wide range of experience, prior to joining CoCoon. She began her career as a Management Trainee with the Tata Administrative Service (TAS). After completing 3 assignments in sales, operations and marketing with Indian Hotels, Voltas and Tata Teleservices respectively, she opted for a full time assignment with Tata Teleservices, where she performed multiple roles (in sales, marketing, product development and HR) during her 7 year tenure. She has been external assessor for the Tata Business Excellence Model- a total quality management program modeled on the Malcolm Baldridge Assessment, USA.

Pooja Chadha

Pooja is involved in both Organizational Effectiveness and Capability Building Solutions with a significant contribution in organization design and structure, leadership development and program design.
Her involvement Organizational Effectiveness solutions, includes diagnostics for organization structure effectiveness as well as organization restructure and design. She has worked extensively in auditing key people processes, designing new processes and systems and creating supporting tools and guiding mechanisms for the client.
As a part of the Leadership Development solutions she has designed assessment and development centers, for varied audiences and levels across industries. Some of these designs have also formed the backbone of the clients selection or promotion process and have been institutionalized after the pilot. She has also contributed significantly to Career Frameworks assignments, leveraging her experience in provide direction and definition to various parts of the solution.
At CoCoon, she has worked with companies in FMCG, Manufacturing, BFSI, IT, ITES and the Development Sector.
Pooja has been an HR professional since 1999 and has been with CoCoon since 2005.Prior to CoCoon, she worked in PepsiCo India and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company. In these organizations she has handled roles in Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Management.
Pooja has a Post Graduate degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
