If you would like to have your DC custom built around the organization's competency framework, we are happy to do so.If you would like to go with DC Lite, this is the process we will follow:
Step 1
Understand the Business Context, Role of the Participant group and Key Opportunities and Challenges of their role; Expected outcomes of the DC; Discussion around the CoCoon Competency framework and Identification of the key competencies for the Role; Discussion around DC Lite administrative details such as duration of the DC, modular or not, etc. (Note: This Discussion will be driven by a standardized questionnaire and menu-driven options based on the participant's career stage)
Step 2
Propose and sign off on the DC Design and rollout details
Step 3
Rollout DC; complete feedback and send out reports
